2: Ginny Badanes, ElectionGuard and Risk Limiting Audits

Ginny Badanes, Director of Strategic Projects, from Microsoft’s Defending Democracy program joins Sean to talk about her team leading the development of an open source back end encryption project with the capability to verify the vote while keeping the ballot secret. The ElectionGuard project was successfully run in the Madison Wisconsin primary this year.
